Returns & Exchanges

At Earjobs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hearing protection or audio gear isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unopened condition due to hygiene regulations.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and have not been used, as health and safety regulations prevent us from accepting returns on opened earplugs or in-ear monitors.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the parcel with your RMA number before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days, notifying you via email once complete.
